How do I cancel my subscription?

Memini AI subscriptions (Plus, Pro, and Max) are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel them in the store where you subscribed:

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How do I delete my account?

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data from the web — no app required. See the Delete account page. It explains exactly what is deleted, what is retained, and the 7-day grace period during which you can cancel the request.

How do I export my data?

To request a copy of the personal data associated with your account, email support@meminiai.com from the address on your account. We will verify your identity and respond in line with the rights described in our Privacy Policy.
